[kictanet] kictanet Digest, Vol 17, Issue 9

I agree with Brian.

I recall covering the econet issue before Dr Ndemo became PS. we have since moved in leaps and bounds. Mischief at work here.

We have all seen in recent months unsubstantiated claims (outside ICT) with people becoming needlessly emotional and regurgitating ill digested 'facts' - to little avail.

David

Dont just beg PS Ndemo because he is your boss.

Know the facts. Do you think that what Ndemo did with the libyans, french, Moi family and all the crooks is nice? Is that the kind of boss you want?

I see you protecting your tusker but others also have to live and niot be denied a chance by crooks like Ndemo

Hi John,

That is a bit too strong coming from a Professor. If you have facts the law enforcers should be given as this forum may not be able to arrest/act accordingly etc. on anyone who breaks the 10 commandments (of the Xtian holy book). Otherwise keep off from what I drink (tusker) if it makes you think of the river songs.

Kind regards,

Daudi

Smells like a smear campaign to me.

I see nothing that Ndemo has done wrong.

Sir,

My husband is a well educated Kenyan who is two years my senior. You have no
right to make such remarks on list or off.

Again, is mud slinging what you consider to be the mark of being a Kenyan?

The problem in Kenya is that people turn on each other instead of focusing
on the problems and addressing them together. This leads to hate and
violence that is uncalled for. Until we all commit to making a change in our
mentalities and attitudes, from one of victimhood and name calling to one of
empowerment, nothing will change.

HOW TO GET RID OF A BAD EMPLOYEE
First, you determine if their actual work performance is worth keeping them
in your company, organization, or GOVERNMENT. Second, if they are found
lacking, confront them directly in a calm and civilized manner based on
factual evidence. Third, if the factual evidence shows a breach in their
"contract" for employment, dismiss them. Fourth, if they have broken laws
take them to court. Hold them accountable.
