Hello all,

If i could add an element to this / reiterate in some words; It would
be essential to not only identify the element of who will need what
vis-a-vis  what is available and when and if they really need this;

No doubt improvement in the infrastructure for service provision
through information technology is the way to go... for ease of
information dissemination, improved / upcoming service provision
across the different commerce / other sectors and numerous other
reasons why to adopt IT... But I trust there is the re-enforcement of
why this is good for "X audience" in "X Locations" -> "for Y";

I do sincerely hope that this does also connect with many strategies
that have been voiced in and around rural empowerment and development
programs;

Are there existing work groups available to contribute to a strategy
development or harmonization to reflect as such?

Wishing you a happy easter period!

Regards,

Patrick M.
