[kictanet] Forum Agenda - Lets focus

Hi Harry,

Thanks for kicking this off, and also for helping us remember "why"  
we wanted to get together.

I think another useful item for the agenda (I don't know where this  
would fit in) is a "Gap Analysis" of the ICT landscape as far as e- 
participation is concerned i.e. are there any sub-sectors that are  
not covered/represented?
