[kictanet] Effecting Moderation Flag.

Loa

This is one of the thought provoking post I think I have seen in this list.
It deviates from the usual mumbo jumbos of IPv4 and IPV6 dreams and
change-overs.

It strikes the chord of local and grassroots involvement in ICT formulation
in the country. It stirs me into thinking beyond the enslaves of KICC
amphitheater and think more of the silent but ever busy farmer in Laikipia
sending MPESA and being conned of none existent prize promises through sms.

The funny thing is that we have never asked for their opinion and I bet The
Wrath of the sages to come down upon me, the ICT bill 2008 didnt give theem
a chance to participate.

Loa, I hear you. I really hear you loud and clear

/Alai
