Like Mugabe said of the opposition ruling in ZW in his lifetime, so
shall you never get closer to the code that is being used as the
scapegoat for KNEC! Forget the coding language. That code was not
written by animate beings.
Believe me you, that issue ended right there with the
statement/declaration from the minister. The real issues will never
come out.
Stupid computers! They cannot talk back.
You know what I think today? The minister did not find any human to
blame for the fiasco. It was a computer error, no human was involved.
It's a case of rogue computers not taking any instructions from human
beings. Go to court if you want, but it was a computer error. Period.
That is the official govt position, and you cannot afford being in
conflict with the govt.
I had to switch off my TV when I heard the minister giving the
verdict. But that wasn't even a one off. I have had to do this so many
times these days in order to try and retain my sanity.
