Alex, Mo Ibrahim made soo much money by bootstrapping Celtel from
nothing to the point he sold it and make enough money that he is the
one now paying for the retirement benefits of Africa leaders so they
dont corrupt their regime. That means more Africa leaders have a
reason to live decent lives and rule their people without touching
public money that does not belong to them and when they have served
nobly, the Mo Ibrahim Foundation would give them a good enough
benefit so their life after a good public service is decent and makes
a better society.

Please forgive me my indulgence but i got a bit passionate about this
subject....
