Am rather impressed at strides noted by http://www.nyerimunicipal.go.ke/

Its simple, well laid out and has the necessary information at a glance.

What was also more encouraging was to receive an email from the town
clerk from the nyerimunicipal.go.ke domain.

IMHO, there is action and needs to be sustained (where its started).
Where the action has not taken root, we need to re-initiate the
activities - probably the bandwagon might gain some speed countrywide
and in all perceived areas.
