[kictanet] is stakeholder forum necessary?

Do I hear pessimism, reinforcing paralysis analysis?
Or is Becky harnessing the powers of provocative
communication?

Yes; talk, talk, talk is sometimes terribly boring
especially for the "doers" NOT "talkers"oriented. But
from the little diplomatic processes I know, last
minute arm-twisting shape many outcomes hence most
critical. My sister! abandon ship at this stage at
your own-peril.

The good thing about our "Park", the absence or the
ill-defined piper which ensures ICT tunes of very
differing rhythmical chords.

Sure, the forum was most useful esp. for commom-good
advocates away from many other quarters-interest ones.

I tell you, it was worth every cup of coffee.
