[kictanet] monthly forum on july 19th

KICTANet will be holding the monthly forum next thursday july 19th
the theme will be the contribution to KCA bill,
the contributions will be expected to be presented to the PS before the second reading which is expected to be between 23 and 27th july,

please plan to attend and fwd your contributions, which will constitute "KICTANet version"
