[kictanet] workshop on KCA bill

KICTANet is organising a workshop to discuss the KCA bill which went through first reading last week,

buried under the huge debate surrounding the media bill, KCA may go through un noticed. 
industry stakeholders should voice their concerns before committee stage so that changes can be incorporated

it may be a ploy to push the KCA under the radar and engage every one in the media debate, then before you know it, KCA is law.....
