Nothing frustrates small business than "simple"
websites design and hosting services. Turning to ISPs
they are told hosting are "valueadd services" only
offer "bundled" with other products. Many thus never
go online.

Who is interested in partnering on "community
servers"? If we get a sufficient number we could
approach e.g. WB TCIP/RCIP, etc. give business case
maybe get a share of those ears-boggling billions
flying about in the media to setup server warehouse.
Michuki Mwangi shareholder No. 2, Walu 3?

Could write a tight business case,other takers?(Before
moderator *bans* me for starting a local,non-Barb
hosting business online...). Unless we sort this out,
looks like they may never.
