There is some details on this "CCK Internet Market Study" that I am 
looking for as well. I did call CCK's PR office with the request and
I was told to make a request to kiage -at- cck(.)go(.ke) [I obfuscate 
the address deliberately].
You may wish to follow the same path, though I haven't received any
response to my request.
