Dear colleagues,

I attended the 2005 International Programme for Development Evaluation 
sponsored by IDRC and wish to share with you all this announcement for 2006 
programme.

This is a World Bank, Carleton University and IDRC supported annual 
programme that focuses on building skills to evaluate development 
interventions. It is a fantastic opportunity not only  for those engaged in 
development but also in policy.
