Hey, 

there seems to be a loud silence on my earlier question -
what is your vision for KICTANet.  And remember there is
only 32hrs remaining on this question before we move onto
the next issue on Mission.

Maybe we rephrase the question a bit.  What HAS BEEN your
understanding of KICTANet?  For most of you who have
interacted with KICTANet over the last year would agree
that it has meant many things to different people.  That is
what we need to hear.  What has been your understanding of
KICTANet over this period, how different (if so) do you
feel it should proceed?

Bill, Dr. Juma, Sparrow, FE, Limo, et al, plse come out of
the woodwork ;-)!
