[Kictanet] Fw: [DigAfrica] How broke company won tender

Media!
We recently heard Mr. Kiboro state "the challenge of reporting on issues you
do not fully understand" at the recent international conference. Is this
your wake up call to submerge yourself in ICT multi-stakeholder processes
taking place in Kenya to enable you report more fully and accurately when
you choose to report on ICTs?
We don't mind the "Shock and Awe" headlines BUT in this sector, logic rules.
Ours is Boolean world and we tend to go a bit deeper.
Any journalist out there who could respond?
Regards,
Alex
