Hi all

The Monday meeting was a civil society initiative (one sector). The multi
stakeholder meeting scheduled for 7th October is still on.
The meeting held on Monday was to discuss strategies for strengthening civil
society participation on the network and indeed the national and global ICT
policy processes. Perhaps Wainaina, Bill and Dorcas, the civil society
representatives can provide more information/background.

thanks
alice
