[Kictanet] Kenya Celebrates 10 Years of Internet

Hi Everyone,

On the 23rd October 2005 Kenya shall officially mark 10-years of Internet. Would it not be nice to have an "multi-stakeholders" party to celebrate this National Achievement? 

Dr. Vinton G. Cerf (co-invented the IP protocol with Dr. Robert Kahn),  has kindly written a letter to be read at such ceremony(ies). I am open to suggestions and contribution on how we could mark the Kenya Internet Birthday! Would you also let me know if you would like the letter to be read at your party!
