"multi-stakeholders" party to celebrate this National Achievement? </FONT></DIV>

with Dr. Robert Kahn), has kindly written a letter to be read at such
ceremony(ies). I am open to suggestions and contribution on how we could mark
the Kenya Internet Birthday! Would you also let me know if you would like the
letter to be read at your party! </FONT></DIV>
