Never too late,

I support the trust approach and a very lean secretariat (1 person and
interns).  From experience (at KENET Trust), it allows for collaboration
(and working together) without stepping on each other.  It will also allow
for the current efficiencies of Kictanet.

Charles, you may factor in the possibility that Kenya (through KENIC)
might host the next Afnog meeting (Michuki will be letting us all know
soon).
