Under the current legal framework, is the Minister acting within his powers
in reinstating the DG? If he is, regardless of what the Board thinks, what
we have is a governance nightmare that needs to be fixed. Looking forward to
the independent commission.

By the way, Mr Mutoro, is yours the official position of Cofek?
