The Brief delineates stakeholders in the digital economy ecosystem and addresses the unique situation of the quest for a Kenyan consumer at the Bottom of the Pyramid (BoP) to meaningfully participate and thrive in a digital economy. Further, it identifies actions and stakeholders to empower BoP.
