Firm namely Research ICT Africa (RIA) to support in the drafting of the framework.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;">Considering the importance and cross cutting nature of data , AUC aims to go through an inclusive and participatory process and tasked RIA to facilitate open consultations
