We as your reps are as concerned too and are doing something about these, at energy Committees of Senate and I believe the NA. </div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">While the government does definitely need revenue, we CANNOT/NOT equate taxation, administrative/licensing and other costs on such things as betting with those on affordable renewable energy for citizens. It just ISN'T ONE AND THE SAME!</div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">Besides, the country had committed to zero rating and providing other concessions for renewables until 2022. This change is also pointing to uncertainties and government flip-flop on its own policy direction which is not good for business and ease of doing business index for our country. </div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">There's also the matter of access to clean energy and sustainable development.
