To clarify, i actually came across photos for the meeting on Social<br>
Media (FaceBook). Maybe the meeting was a bilateral between the<br>
Ministry and KEPSA, it would be great if the same can be done with<br>
KICTAnet and other stakeholders who are not necessarily in mainstream<br>
business. I was just taken aback that given the contribution members<br>
of this list make to the policy making processes, we did not even get<br>
wind of the meeting. I am starting to get perplexed by our public<br>
participation model.<br>
