<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:150%">We were referred to you by Mrs. Irene Wanyoike, APSEA Chairman.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:150%">We received an invitation from a nominated MP- Hon. Godfrey Osotsi, who is sponsoring the ICT Practitioners bill in the National Assembly as a Private member bill.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:150%">We are therefore inviting KICTANET members, to join APSEA in discussing the key highlights of the bill and to give input. The meeting to discuss has been tentatively scheduled for
<b>Tuesday 5<sup>th</sup> February 2018</b>, the venue is <b>Professional Centre</b> and will start at
<b>9.00 a.m.</b></p>
