On the one part we have the presumption of innocence until one is proven guilty and on the other there is the need to keep the public informed. The posts are likely to have a negative impact on a persons reputation. what is the DCI's policy on such? is there a protocol for removal of the post if I am found not to be guilty by a court of law? No court in Kenya has had the opportunity to determine on citizen's 'right to be forgotten' as other jurisdictions have.</div><div>Ramadhan Salim</div><div>Lawyer <br><br><div id="AppleMailSignature" dir="ltr">Sent from my iPhone</div><div dir="ltr"><br>On 17 Nov 2018, at 18:30, Mutemi wa Kiama via kictanet <<a href="mailto:kictanet@lists.kictanet.or.ke">kictanet@lists.kictanet.or.ke</a>> wrote:<br><br></div><blockquote type="cite"><div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:trebuchet ms,sans-serif;font-size:small;color:#660000">I've been seeing such pictures released by DCI.
