<div dir="auto">Hi Rachel,<div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">As indicated, my question resulted from a conversation i had with a colleague who attended some of the meetings at PP in Dubai, i am reading the resolutions myself and will revert once i identify issues that i consider contentious. Be that as it may, common positions are great for as long as they don't interfere with with the gains we have made in building a celebrated world class ICT ecosystem. We are confident that CA as always will protect the gains that we have made. Indeed Kenya is aligned to the African Common proposals but I am not aware of any resolution that focuses on the regulation of the internet. Could you share the specific resolution that proposes to do what you are alleging, then we can respond appropriately? <br>
