<body><p>Dear Listers</p><p></p><br><p>KICTANet in partnership with Facebook is pleased to announce an open call for participants interested in taking part in the third edition of Kenya School of Internet Governance (KeSIG), scheduled to happen from 16th-18th July, 2018.
