<p dir="ltr">The money should be channeled to make collaboration between police, public, private sector with clear guidelines of engagement. Police alone can't win war on Cyber crime. Proper secure policies,Standard, guidelines should be enforced to secure isms, strong giudelines on crime evedidence gathering, analysis and expert presentation in legal proceedings is needed</p>
