You need to be at “the centre of the Universe” – we need a “cyber bill of rights”<u></u><u></u></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">- There needs to be a focus on education, and on informing users. Both about the technology, but also about the responsibilities. These are problems we have today – so in essence nothing new – but the problem will increase and scale. <u></u><u></u></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">- Educated users can make more informed decisions. Does this device need to be directly connected to the global network? What is the trade-off in sharing this data?<u></u><u></u></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">- We need ethics to be part of the discussion. How IoT services operate, and how they are deployed. <u></u><u></u></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">- Multistakeholder solutions are needed, but there is a challenge in channeling the collective intelligence to solve the issue. <u></u><u></u></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">- There is a question about governance that needs to be solved. Is the current mechanisms for IG enough, or do we need to think about new governance frameworks to efficiently address the challenges of IoT?
