As a next step, you are warmly invited to participate in the second phase of this Open Consultation. As you may know, a

<b>physical open consultation meeting </b>will be held on<b> Monday, 18 September 2017, from 9.<span style="color:#1F497D">3</span>0 to 17.30 (CET)

at the ITU HQs in Geneva, Switzerland<span style="color:#1F497D"> (Remote participation will also be available).

</b>The discussions of the physical meeting will be based on the inputs received during the online consultation, which will be presented in a

consolidated document</a>.</p>
