What are the mechanisms that will be followed regarding how these comments will be incorporated or rejected?</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:georgia,serif"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:georgia,serif">I think some of us (definitely me!) are fatigued by this 'ticking of the public participation box' by the ministry.
