</span>follows the 38<sup>th</sup> General Conference and the endorsement of the CONNECTing the Dots Outcome document as UNESCO’s new approach to Internet issues, as well as the successful development and application of the IPDC Media Development Indicators.
This project aims to build a framework of Internet indicators which can enrich national stakeholders’ capacity to assess Internet development, and thereby foster knowledge societies engaged in sustainable development. This study will be founded on the UNESCO’s
Internet Universality R.O.A.M concept and develop five categories of indicators including human Rights, Openness, Accessibility, Multi-stakeholder participation and crosscutting ones.<o:p></o:p></p>
