This was the wholabaloo and yes for the Kenyan elections(or anywhere) it should be cause for concern.</div><div id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1493753354048_77263" dir="ltr"><br></div><div id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1493753354048_77263" dir="ltr">Do the Facebooks have the ability and capacity to do this?
