Its pretty obvious cross-subsidies are distorting the true value/strength of Safaricom and I don't need a consultant to tell me this.</div><div><br></div><div>In the UK Open Reach (the arm that provides fibre) - part of British Telecom has been ordered by the regulator to split from BT due to the competitive advantage it occupies.
