Most</span><br><span>are very good standards that can be used in the public and private</span><br><span>sector but require understanding. They are also very cheap (ranging</span><br><span>from KES 3000). I encourage listers who have time to visit the KEBS</span><br><span>library and see for themselves what is available. Meanwhile ICTA needs</span><br><span>to engage the public to explain what they are trying to achieve since</span><br><span>this is where they slipped.
