As you have indicated to Sidney, actually this is not a specific<br>
customer query. Sidney may be using the "Karibu" Postpay, where the<br>
postpay units expire at say Ksh2000 per month, wether you use the<br>
service or not. I would also like to hear your response on that.<br>
