He is agreeable and positive on the need to provide information so that we stop speculating or sometimes draw conclusions which may not necessarily be correct. </div><div></div><br clear="none"><div id="yiv2907703087m_2783204203560715851yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1485702356234_674523">KICTANet will this year endeavor to engage with your operators and we are glad to announce that Safaricom has agreed to take this up.
