The reporting is somewhat questionable. KeNIC has a clear mandate as<br>
Adminisrative and Technical Manager of the .KE Registry. Registering<br>
devices is way out of its mandate. The Regulator can easily monitor<br>
device owners if it wanted through Service Providers, most network<br>
equipment have the capability to do this work using their simple<br>
dashboards hence i don't see the need for a specialized entity.<br>
