The customer service on Airtel is a joke. I speak out of experience, as person, whose first line was a Kencell line. Right now, not only do I have three safaricom lines, but also consume their data at home service. Speed at which Safaricom brings convenient services to the consumers, is what differentiates the success between the two Telcos.
