Kenya Section Executive Committee we would like to extend a cordial invite to you
for the <span>above workshop to be held at
the Kenyatta University on the 30<sup>th</sup> – 31<sup>st</sup> August 2016
from 9am to 5pm.</span><span> <br></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:left" align="left"><span>The course is intended for lecturers
and graduate students who plan to be instructors in universities and colleges.</span></p>

engineering education at universities in Africa, the IEEE supports visiting
lecturers to deliver short courses at participating African universities. Mr.
Roozbeh Mehrdadi from the University of British Columbia (UBC) has been invited
to deliver short courses in the month of August 2016.<span> </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:left" align="left"><span>Roozbeh has been
working at UBC (in the Electrical and Computer Engineering department) since
2000, where he has been advising and aiding professors and students in their
hands-on research, teaching and lab projects. Roozbeh received his Master
degree at UBC in 2005 in System on a Chip (SoC) design and verification
methods. He was employed as lecturer at UBC and taught courses in Software
Engineering, Operating Systems and Digital Design.</span></p>
