There is no Act of Parliament just for KNUT yet KNUT must be consulted in matters education. KEPSA is not a statutory body and yet if legislation required "a representative from the most representative body of private sector" they would easily qualify.<br>
Let existing ICT professionals bodies gain legitimacy in the society through their work, not through legislation.</p>
