<p dir="ltr">Katika kuchangia mada hii ambayo yahusiana na watu, ujuzi na hali ya kikazi kila siku, ni muhimu kuangalia mswada wa lugha.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Tukianza na nakala hii iliyotolewa na Ofisi ya Serikali ili iwe ya mazungumzo na nakala zinginezo, ili kuzungumzia jamii kubwa ya wakenya yafaa kuwa na nakala kwa lugha ya Kiswahili ambayo ni lugha ya taifa. Je, ipo?<br>
La sivyo, washirika ni wale wale wanaoelewa lugha ya kimombo. Zaidi ya hapo na muhimu zaidi, yatenga jamii kubwa sana ya wahusika.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Tukisonga mbele katika mswada wa "How to Develop Skilled Human Capital", tukilinganisha na lugha, inamaana yakwamba maendeleo yatakayotokana na uchambuzi huu yafaa kuikuza, kueneza na kuendeleza lugha ya Kiswahili katika jamii na nchi kwa ujumla. </p>
<p dir="ltr">La sivyo, ni kueneza ukoloni mamboleo kwa utani - chini ya maji. Kwani lugha na matumizi yake katika mambo ya kila siku ndiyo huunganisha na katika hayo kuikuza lugha.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Hapa pia tukikumbuka yakwamba lugha ya Kiswahili ni lugha rasmi katika bara la Afrika.</p>
