Mildred for sharing this, it makes perfect sense that the<br>
service providers are not held liable for the actions of<br>
users, it is a step in the right direction for courts to<br>
separate the users and service providers in regards to<br>
copyright infringement. A ruling in the alternative would<br>
have set a precedent that would create a severe blow to<br>
platforms which host content posted by users as they would<br>
have to struggle with screening of content. <br>
