the implementation of the Digital Literacy Programme (DLP). The briefing was attended by CS<font size="2">,
MOICT, Joe Mucheru, CS Energy & Petroleum, Charles Keter, CS Education, Dr Fred Matiangi, and PS
Energy, Eng. Joseph Njoroge, PS Petroleum, Andrew Kamau, PS ICT and
Innovation, Ag CEO, ICTA, Robert Mugo,CEO, KICD, Dr Julius Jwan</font></span><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms, sans-serif;"><font size="2"><span style="font-size:14pt;line-height:115%;" lang="EN-GB"> </span> among others. </font><br></span></div><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms, sans-serif;"><br></span></div><span style="font-family:trebuchet ms, sans-serif;" id="yui_3_16_0_1_1455538778224_15469">Among the key points were-:<br><br>1) Successful bidders who proceed to POC are the consortium of
Moi University and JP Couto, Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture
and Technology and Positivo BGH. Moi University will cover 26 counties,
while Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology will
