were opened yesterday at 10am at the ICT Authority offices. A total number of
25 companies/consortiums successfully submitted their proposals by the slotted deadline.

<p class="MsoNormal"><font face="trebuchet ms, sans-serif">The EOI, is expected to be evaluated in the next 30 days on
five aspects; i) Legal formation of the company/consortiums, ii) Demonstration
in research and development, iii) Capability in Technology development, iv)
Financial capability and v) Experience and expertise in the given area.
Eligible bidders should have completed 3 similar assignments in the last five
years either individually or as members of the consortium.</font></p><p class="MsoNormal"><font face="trebuchet ms, sans-serif"><br></font></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><font face="trebuchet ms, sans-serif">Shortlisted candidates will then be requested to bid on
their technical and financial capability. </font></p><p class="MsoNormal"><font face="trebuchet ms, sans-serif"><br></font></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><font face="trebuchet ms, sans-serif">Procurement process will be complete in the next three
months so as to deliver first batch by January, 2017. </font></p>
