access gaps. The last map i saw on<br>
the National Broadband Strategy<br>
document<br>
published in 2013 showed that close to 50 % of the Kenyan<br>
landmass lacked any service, it appeared as if<br>
most Critical Internet<br>
Resources were<br>
concentrated around the key towns and Cities, Nairobi,<br>
Mombasa , Nakuru and Kisumu. I wonder if this<br>
has changed. Was<br>
implementation of this<br>
Strategy Document taken over by the ICT<br>
Authority or is it water under the bridge.<br>
