Just deleting an offending tweet or Facebook post is enough to cause the prosecutor sleepless nights. Any screenshot of a tweet or Facebook post will not suffice in our courts, unless Facebook and Twitter themselves corporate with data requests. From experience, we knows such requests are honored 0% of the time. The Silicon Valley types have no respect for our Judicial system. </p>
<p dir="ltr">Finally, there is a bill of rights in place, that among other things guarantee freedoms speech, expression,and association. </p>
