Within Konza all you have to do is send an EOI on what you would like to do, engage with the MDP2, if you have some money the better as we need to make money to reduce reliance on the Exchequer, then get you Ka-plot and start work. Seriously we have a fantastic Concept but it requires us to take it to the next level. We need more of you to come in and assist. There is a plan to engage the ICT Community in a more organized way. Some have criticized that it was a Real Estate project. If you notice I kept quiet at a certain point as I had also learnt alot of what had not been said. We need to up our game on marketing this project not like one marketing Yoyo Yoghurt but a Smart City. The Board is working on that. That aside, the ICT community (including me) were very critical of this project when initially conceived. We wondered what is in it for us? We were shown the field and we asked how can we come to a greenfield not infrastructure, no connectivity etc. The experts took a step back and learnt from Kevin Costner's Field of Dreams. They are on track.
