 Reminds me when Ethiopian government allegedly banned skype. Therefore net neutrality cannot be curtailed by telcos only, but also repressive regimes.</p>
<p dir="ltr">We surely need a clear policy on this. But instead of waiting for others, we can develop Net Netrality principles that we can lobby policy makers to adopt. Anybody?</p>
